AGREEMENTSThe Commissioner agrees to the Artist's creative vision and the Artist's style. A pose reference can be given but I have the right to change the pose and layout for what I believe to be the best composition for the product.
If the Commissioner rejects the end product or demands the product be redone despite a sketch given in the beginning and being accepted, a refund will not be provided.The Commissioner agrees that there may be a queue list and a waiting period. The queue list may be viewed here. Depending on the complexity of each commission, wait times may vary. A general rule is that a Full Render painting will take at least a week, while a Simple Render will take a few days to a week. Please understand that life events DO happen!Commissions are for Personal Use only unless discussed. By purchasing a commission, the Commissioner is agreeing to no reproduction or redistribution of the work.Commissions for Commercial Use must be discussed beforehand and price will be discussed privately.
Finished works may be displayed on my personal portfolios or art account.Commissioners may use their commissioned work as displays or personal profile pictures, but please reference me with @SingaSong_Art or a link to my bio. Thank you!Cancellations:Cancellations may be given if the work has not been started or has only finished the rough sketch. The Commissioner will receive a full refund.
A refund will not be given if the work has been started past rough sketch phase.I reserve the right to cancel and or refund (not guaranteed) a commission at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner, due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or any kind of abuse.Topics I WILL NOT DRAW:+Furry or Lalas (I do not have the skills to do so, sorry!)

1. A limited amount of slots will be open to the public. Slots are First come First serve (unless notified)2. The commissioner will submit a Google form(s) for their commission.3. If space is available and the form is correct, the commission will be accepted. I will contact you via your contact info about accepting the commission.4. Your commission will either be placed in a queue, or if you are up in line, I will contact you via your contact info about starting your piece.5. Once contacted about being next in line, full payment is expected. I will not start working until the payment is compete. I will offer ONE work in progress sketch. This sketch is to make sure the general pose and items of interests are in a satisfactory position. You MAY make changes at this stage. I will show you the changes in another sketch afterwards.6. Once the sketch is approved, I will move onto painting and completing the piece. There may be a wait depending on the queue.7. Once complete, I will send you a 300 dpi .png version of the art.8. Thank you for commissioning me!P.S. If you were late to the commissioning opening, feel free to resubmit the form another time when I'm open! I can only take so many at a time, but it doesn't mean I don't want to take your commission!

Full payments are accepted before the commission is started.
